The Manson MB range has received critical acclaim for its advanced features, boutique build quality and playability, with a proven track record through countless gigs and recordings in the hands of MUSE’s Matthew Bellamy. Following a limited run of special left-hand versions celebrating drummer Dominic Howard’s commissioning of the first left hand MB instrument, Manson Guitar Works are proud to release a 2021 right-hand MB DH-1 version with high figure Birds-Eye Roasted Maple neck and Swamp Ash body. Each guitar comes with a certificate hand signed by both Matthew Bellamy, Dominic Howard and Manson Guitar Works CEO Adrian Ashton. The guitars have been painstakingly built by the Manson Guitar Works team headed by Tim Stark with custom pickups by Simon Thorn. 

The MB DH-1R features the guitar players’ most desirable timbers, held in stock by Manson Guitar Works for special limited runs. These include tonally rich, lightweight, and now ultra rare Swamp Ash bodies, finished in a ‘thin skin’ satin black so every ounce of tone can be heard and felt. Manson’s hand selected the finest roast maple blanks they could source and glued them to premium rosewood or ebony fingerboards. Just 5 UK produced instruments will be available with a standard specification of solid lightweight swamp ash body, custom figured roast maple neck, Gotoh 510 fixed bridge, Sustainiac sustainer, Manson PF-1 bridge pickup and Matt Black finish. Each guitar is sold including a Manson hard-case and exclusive certificate.
